Daninger Properties LLC was formed in 2009 by Adam Daniel & Nate Schechinger. Nate and Adam are both graduates of Iowa State University. We are a small company that owns and manages all of our properties, so you will work directly with the owners for all of your needs. We take pride in all of our properties and strive to provide the best rentals in Ames. All of our properties are single-family homes that provide personal green space and additional square footage not typically seen in most apartment complexes.
